Credit amounts earned per closing:
- Members: $15 credit per closing
- Non‑members: $10 credit per closing
You can apply up to two credits per HOA Brief, helping you save even more while delivering exceptional value to your clients.
You can add Status Letter services at any time.
Since the HOA Sales Expert Program is powered through Association Online, we can obtain the Status Letter on your behalf — regardless of which title company you’re using.
Pricing per property per HOA:
